Time in Iraq vs. blogger time

1700hrs

I keep changing the time on the blog but it reverts back to Houston time- the time that my computer is on since it is linked to Houston.  Houston is nine hours behind us, the east coast is eight.  I'll try to remember to add the time to the begining of each post.
